Yes, VibeRides offers self-drive rentals for eligible customers. You must:

- Be 25 years or older

- Hold a valid driver’s license with at least 3 years’ experience

- Provide proof of ID, residential address, and a refundable security deposit

**Important Terms:**

- All self-drive bookings are subject to verification and approval

- Vehicles may not be used for ride-hailing services or commercial taxi use

- Customers are fully liable for any fines, damages, or insurance excess

- Vehicles are GPS-tracked for your safety and our security

- Misuse or unauthorized travel (e.g., cross-border without approval) will result in full liability and breach of contract

Cross-border travel is only allowed with prior written approval and additional documentation. An additional cross-border fee and deposit will apply.

VibeRides provides 24/7 roadside assistance. In case of accident:

- Notify our support line immediately

- File a police report if third parties are involved

- Do not admit liability or attempt private settlements

- Full refund (minus 10% admin fee) if cancelled >72 hours in advance

- 50% refund if cancelled 48–72 hours before pickup

- No refund if cancelled within 48 hours of pickup

All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing.
