2. Payment Terms
• Full payment required at time of booking for services under R2,000
• 50% deposit required for services over R2,000, balance due 48 hours before service
• Accepted payment methods: Credit/debit card, EFT, cash (with prior arrangement)
• All prices quoted in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT
• Corporate accounts available with approved credit application

3. Customer Responsibilities
• Arrive at pickup location on time; late arrivals may result in reduced service time
• Provide accurate flight/event details for timely service
• Respect vehicle and treat driver/guide with courtesy
• No smoking in vehicles
• Maximum luggage limits apply; oversized items must be declared in advance
• Intoxicated or disruptive passengers may be refused service without refund

4. Service-Specific Terms
• Free waiting time: 60 minutes for international flights, 45 minutes for domestic flights
• Waiting time calculated from actual flight landing time
• Additional waiting time charged at R50 per 15 minutes
• Maximum waiting time: 2 hours; beyond this, booking may be cancelled
• Flight delays: Service automatically adjusted based on flight tracking
• Meet & greet service included; driver will wait at arrivals with name board
• Child seats must be requested at booking and are subject to availability

5. Liability & Insurance
• All vehicles fully insured for passenger liability
• avibeRides not liable for delayed or missed flights
• Lost property: Report within 24 hours; storage fees apply after 7 days
• Damage to vehicle caused by passenger negligence will be charged to customer

6. Force Majeure
VibeRides not liable for service disruptions due to circumstances beyond control
• Includes: severe weather, natural disasters, civil unrest, strikes, road closures
• Alternative arrangements will be offered where possible
