1. Booking & Confirmation​

• All bookings must be made through avibeRides official channels (website, email, or phone)

• A booking is confirmed only when payment is received and confirmation email is sent

• Customer must provide accurate contact information and travel details

• Changes to bookings are subject to availability and may incur additional charges

2. Payment Terms
• Full payment required at time of booking for services under R2,000
• 50% deposit required for services over R2,000, balance due 48 hours before service
• Accepted payment methods: Credit/debit card, EFT, cash (with prior arrangement)
• All prices quoted in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT
• Corporate accounts available with approved credit application

3. Customer Responsibilities
• Arrive at pickup location on time; late arrivals may result in reduced service time
• Provide accurate flight/event details for timely service
• Respect vehicle and treat driver/guide with courtesy
• No smoking in vehicles
• Maximum luggage limits apply; oversized items must be declared in advance
• Intoxicated or disruptive passengers may be refused service without refund

4. Service-Specific Terms
• Minimum booking period: 3 hours
• Service hours booked from pickup time to final drop-off
• Overtime charged in 15-minute increments at hourly rate
• Itinerary changes during service subject to chauffeur approval and feasibility
• Route planning at chauffeur discretion considering traffic and safety
• Chauffeur entitled to reasonable rest breaks on full-day bookings
• Multi-day bookings: Accommodation for chauffeur at customer's expense

5. Vehicle & Conduct
• Food and beverages permitted with care; customer liable for cleaning fees if required
• Alcoholic beverages permitted for passengers only (not driver)
• No illegal substances or activities in vehicle
• Maximum passenger capacity must not be exceeded
• Pets allowed in premium/luxury vehicles only, with advance notice
• avibeRides reserves right to refuse service for safety or conduct violations

6. Special Events
• Wedding packages require 50% deposit, full payment 7 days before event
• Vehicle decorations permitted with advance arrangement
• Red carpet service available on request
• Corporate accounts: 30-day payment terms after credit approval

7. Liability & Insurance
• Comprehensive vehicle and passenger insurance included
• Customer valuables: avibeRides not liable for loss or theft
• Vehicle damage from customer negligence will be charged
• VibeRides not responsible for delays due to traffic or unforeseen circumstances

Modification Policy
• Date/time changes: Free if made 48+ hours before service
• Service hours extension: Pay additional hours at standard rate
• Vehicle upgrade: Pay difference, subject to availability
• Itinerary changes: Free during service (subject to feasibility)
• Service reduction: No refund if reduced during active service

Special Circumstances
• Medical emergencies: Full refund with medical certificate
• Severe weather: Full refund or reschedule
• No-shows: Full amount charged
• Force majeure: Full refund for unavoidable circumstances
• Vehicle breakdown: Replacement vehicle or full refund
